Content Transmitted Through The Service

You represent and warrant that your use of the Service will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to:

Vocali.se in its sole discretion has the right (though not the obligation) to refuse or block content, and deny or limit access to use of the Service to any individual or entity if the terms of this Agreement are violated.

You retain the rights to content you submit to the Service either as the right holder or a representative of the right holder. You grant Vocali.se and its service providers the right to temporarily store and modify your content insofar as necessary to provide the Service to you. Submitted content will be stored for a maximum of 7 days.

Intellectual Property

This Agreement does not transfer from us to you any of our or third party intellectual property, and all right, title and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with us. Vocali.se, the Vocali.se logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website are trademarks or registered trademarks of Vocali.se or other third parties. Your use of the Website grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Vocali.se or third-party trademarks.

Limits

You acknowledge and agree that Vocali.se imposes a limit on the size and the number of requests you may send to the Service. Vocali.se may change such limits at any time, at Vocali.se’s sole discretion.

Data Processing Operations

Files uploaded to the Service are temporarily stored, processed and deleted within 7 days. Requests to the Service can be logged in order to understand how the Service is used and to avoid misuse. A log entry contains information such as browser type, IP address, any API key, date, time, and fingerprint of the transferred file. Log entries are deleted periodically automatically.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Changes

We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the notification of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

General Representation and Warranty

No third party may commence or prosecute an action against a Party to these Terms of Service claiming to be a third-party beneficiary of these Terms of Service or any of the transactions contemplated in these Terms of Service.
